Consultation Fees
These fees below are indicative of fees billed by doctors in the practice and patients should be aware that individual doctors may bill at different rates. Charges will vary depending on the length of time you spend with the doctor and the complexity of your medical condition. Consultations can be either Face to Face or via Telehealth – Video. A limited number of consultations may be available via Telehealth – Telephone.

It is practice policy that all accounts are settled in full on the day of your consultation. In order to take payment, your credit card details will be securely held prior to consult. Only the relevant amount will be deducted post consult (such as $89 plus card fees for a standard consultation).
Please note Medicare rebates will apply where possible and appropriate.
For Medicare rebates to apply to telehealth consultations, a patient must have been seen once in person at a Boyd Health clinic in the last 12 months.
Prolonged consultations (more than 30 minutes) require planning with the doctor, and can only be booked after discussion with a doctor in an initial standard consultation.
Due to the limitations of our clinic, we cannot provide all services. We endeavour to offer an increasing breadth of care to rural Australia. At present, we cannot provide: wound care, surgery, immunisations, antenatal, workcover or women’s health services.
